Prerequisite Software Packages

Our game software requires that these packages be installed on your PC. They are part of the original clean installation package and do not normally require reinstallation. However, if they become corrupted or have been accidently deleted our game software will not function properly, so you'll need to reinstall them. Your drivers may also fall out of date over time.

If you are having connection issues to our MySQL database, we recommend checking to see what versions are currently installed on your machine by taking these steps:

1. Click the Windows Start Button in the lower left corner, then click the Settings icon.
2. Select Apps.
3. Scroll down to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and see if it matches what you see in [A] below.
4. Now scroll down further to MySQL Connector/ODBC, click on it, and check the version to see if it matches what you see in [B] below.
5. Download installation packages [A] and [B] as needed.
6. Exit your NSB software package.
7. Install the downloaded packages in the order [A], then [B].
8. Reboot your machine.
